Wonder weapons, map by map — Sker Ritual

A wonder weapon is the map’s special gun. God Killer is separate: it needs four seals and then costs 3500. The six map weapons are obtained inside the level, usually after a short kill check, and several of them are also keys for later steps. Replacing one can force you to obtain it again before completing a weapon-specific puzzle; a permanent soft-lock is not established.

Unlock the weapon, then keep it for the puzzle

Thunderbolt: interact with the Farmlands Medusa chest and defeat its five Banshees, then buy the gun. The scarecrows, cages and coils are subsequent tasks that use it, not prerequisites for the initial purchase. Howler: unlock the Hotel teleporter, reach the Library chest and defeat five Killerwatts before buying.

Plague: reach the train Bar Room chest, trigger its Hag wave and clear it before buying. Keep it for the protected Rat Orbs. Shattered Edge: complete the Fortress sword/forge route, collect the explosive parts through the Isaac encounter and the required Knight shards, then assemble it. Do not confuse the quest sword with the finished weapon.

Corpse Grinder: complete the House well branch and collect it in the opened well. Maelstrom: shoot the locks behind the Tides Super Charger-room entrance, dig the marked key and unlock the Providence weapon purchase. God Killer instead requires all four original seals and a later match’s boss reward container.
