Device, Howler, punch cards

Pick up the device, shoot four fans in the purple gas room on the left, set the device in the refueling machine, and return it to the grand hall. Find three more canisters among the candidate spots the Steam guide names: ground-floor waiting area, under the grand-hall stairs, ground-floor chapel, and the basement near Quick Reload, the kitchen, or Shock-N-Load. Start the teleporter.

• Library: interact with the Howler chest, kill five Killerwatts, buy Howler for 2000. Elixir of Life is on the same floor.
• Theatre card: pull the rat, find five body parts (right eye in the theatre, left hand at reception, jaw behind the basement Super Charger, left eye across from Fast Hands, right hand in the library), charge the rat on Killerwatts.
• Void card: button, then a kill challenge. Labyrinth card: escort the sheep until there are four. Insert three cards and open the boss room.

Unlock destinations before collecting punch cards

After refueling the device and the three additional canisters, take the teleporter to the Library and unlock Howler. Wait for a Dark Round, read the current wall symbols in the Manager’s Office or Basement Kitchen Storage, and shoot that sequence into the wall heads with Howler. Do this before treating the destination computer as fully unlocked.

Use the upstairs computer to choose Void, Theatre or Labyrinth. Finish one punch-card challenge at each destination, return its card to the computer, and then select the Boss Room. The dark-round sequence changes between matches.

Isaac

Isaac fills the room with purple gas and current. Stay out of the gas and off the electrified floor. The seal route starts at the purple machine after the fight, sends you through the basement cells with a black sheep, four red buttons in the void plus the King of the Rats, three labyrinth fuse boxes, and a library rat-count puzzle. Do not expect the dark-round code to match a screenshot.

Hidden objective after Isaac

Use the purple boss-room machine only after the main fight. The following route is from the Steam community walkthrough.

• Shoot The Stranger at four appearances. Open the purple door beside the electric bars in Basement Cells and escort the black sheep to the Chapel.
• After the explosion, go to Void and activate the four red buttons one at a time. Survive each wave; the fourth leads to the King of the Rats.
• In Labyrinth, use the electrical enemies described by the guide as Killavolts to charge three fuse boxes. In the Library’s second floor, record four rat-pile counts and shoot the four wall heads in the clue order.
• Return to Basement Cells for the seal, place it in the boss room and defeat Isaac again. Ashes to Ashes is separate from the first boss achievement.
• Maids of Sker is the doll collection; Guest Book is the lore-note collection. For the dumbwaiter, organ and chapel jukebox sequence, use the Hotel music route.
