Is Sker Ritual dead online?

Last verified: 2026-10-24

The Steam population is small, but a low chart alone does not establish a shutdown. At 07:25:29 UTC on 24 October 2026, SteamCharts showed 89 concurrent players, a 24-hour peak of 102, an all-time peak of 5,992 and a last-30-days average of 24.62. The official Steam Web API returned 76 at 07:25:28 UTC. These are different snapshots, not counts to add together. Neither includes Epic, PlayStation or Xbox. No live lobby or server-health test was performed.

The numbers, and what they do not say

SteamCharts counts Steam concurrent players. Epic and console sessions do not move that line. The all-time peak of 5,992 sits far above the current band, which is what people mean by “dead”, but no shutdown notice was found in the official announcements reviewed for this audit. The July 2026 note still promised technical support, community, and store updates even while declining to announce new gameplay.

If matchmaking sits still

Publisher notes document party-code invites, expanded map searches and a host-region option. Those are troubleshooting options, not a promise that a lobby will be found. Arrange a group or use offline solo if matchmaking is unsuitable. The July 2026 support statement is evidence of the publisher’s stated plans, not an independent measurement of current server uptime or queue length.
