Four chamber keys

Clear rat orbs up to the train, shoot the orb on the roof to board, and reach the bar. After the hags, buy Plague. Use it on shielded orbs, including the one that opens the radio-tower stairs. The control room hides about eight more protected orbs across the lower floors. Then the keys:

• Tower chest: shoot the symbols shown on the tower’s three faces, in order.
• Ticket machine: three coins, N.W. ticket, suitcase symbol, enter it in the second-class coach.
• Mind-control helmet from the train door. Free a Quiet One in the catacombs and escort it to the valves that drain the passage.
• Find the Quiet One with a rat and a wheel in its chest. Plague the rat. Locations rotate between the sewer chamber, cove walkway, coach opening, and station. Then break the purple pod and kill the King of the Rats.

Before the teleporter: finish each key task

For the tower chest, read the symbols on all three tower faces and shoot them in that order. For the train ticket, collect three coins from Speed Freaks, buy the N.W. ticket, inspect the matching suitcase in Catacombs, and enter its deity clue in Second Class Coach.

For the helmet task, release the Catacombs Quiet One and escort it to the drainage objective, then turn both valves and collect the key. For the rat-wheel task, use Plague on the rat in the Quiet One’s wheel; the guide describes a timed reset and several candidate locations. Break the purple pod at Rat’s Nest and defeat the King of the Rats for that key. Then use all four keys at the Control Room doors, charge and collect the fuel, and power the teleporter.

The Stranger

Four keys open two doors at the bottom of the control room. Charge fuel by killing inside the ring, carry it to the teleporter, and enter The Stranger’s Land. The seal route adds a slab in the first-class coach, Balor fights, cat statues, and a sheep escort from the rat’s nest. Key spots that rotate should be hunted with the objective ping, not a fixed pin.

Hidden objective after The Stranger

The four-seal unlock requires this extra route, not just the main teleporter fight.

• Use the purple boss-room machine and find four Stranger appearances. Interact with the slab in First Class Coach and defeat Balor.
• Activate four cat statues. Read the four symbols at the Bar Coach red-button device, rotate the statues to match and press the button. Defeat Balor the Undying.
• Escort the black sheep from Rat’s Nest to First Class Coach. Defeat the returning Balor the Undying, collect the slab and place it in the machine in The Stranger’s Lab.
• Finish the final fight and confirm the hidden objective. The related achievement is What’s Dead Should Stay Dead; the doll and lore goals are Maids of the Dead and Book of the Dead.
• The separate Sewers music route uses four ceiling valves, green gas and Elixir, then the Water Room clones.
